What's the role about?
This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team within the Customer Success, Service & Operations department. You'll be contributing to crucial tasks that ensure smooth operations and provide excellent service to customers.
What are they looking for?
- Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations
- Analytical approach & logical skills
- Attention to detail
- Preferred: Knowledge of internet and online payment applications
What's the work profile like?
- Location: Hyderabad Gopanpally
- Flexible work arrangement: Work from Office (WFO)
- Rotational shifts, primarily night shifts
- Qualification: Any graduate (must hold documents)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Working days: 5 days a week with 2 days of rotational week off
